Fix 0365 account login issue — MAC

This is how to fix the error showing when you try to log in and activate the O365 applications (WORD / EXCEL/..) on a MAC Computer.

Error —

“Another account from your organization is already signed in on this device. Try again with a different account”

Follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

  • Quit all Office Applications, including OneDrive (Might have to Force Quit OneDrive from Activity Monitor)
  • Go to Keychain Access
  • Search for “Office” on the keychain search bar and delete the entries.
  • Search for “Exchange” on the keychain search bar and delete the entries.
  • Search for “adal” on the keychain search bar and delete the entries.
  • Restart the MacBook

After following these steps you will have to log in and the problem will be solved.
