Fix 0365 account login issue — MAC

This is how to fix the error showing when you try to log in and activate the O365 applications (WORD / EXCEL/..) on a MAC Computer.
Error —
“Another account from your organization is already signed in on this device. Try again with a different account”
Follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
- Quit all Office Applications, including OneDrive (Might have to Force Quit OneDrive from Activity Monitor)
- Go to Keychain Access
- Search for “Office” on the keychain search bar and delete the entries.
- Search for “Exchange” on the keychain search bar and delete the entries.
- Search for “adal” on the keychain search bar and delete the entries.
- Restart the MacBook
After following these steps you will have to log in and the problem will be solved.
